Meet at the Valley West Ray’s parking lot near the Jitter Bean Coffee drivethrough around 6:50 am. Join
Tony Kurz for a full day of birding the popular Del Norte County hotspots, from Crescent City Harbor to
the mouth of the Smith River and everywhere in between. There are always interesting birds around and
Tony will plan to make specific effort for any recently reported rarities. Birding all of the various hotspots
along the coast of Del Norte County will be sure to end the day with a diverse species list and a greater
appreciation for our less-birded county to the north, whether a newbie or experienced Del Norte County
birder.
