SU68 King Salmon to Humboldt Bay National Wildlife Refuge | 2024 | $20

Look for ducks, loons, grebes, and shorebirds at King Salmon and Fields Landing. Then head to the Humboldt Bay NWR to check for the numerous species that spend their time there, including many passerines that can be found in the riparian habitat at the visitor center and along the shorebird loop trail. Waterfowl species that are more freshwater-oriented, along with many migrant shorebirds, should also be present. Restrooms are available at Fields Landing and Humboldt Bay NWR visitor center.
