Relax after a full day of events with a gourmet banquet provided by Cassaro’s Catering.
The dinner buffet will include chicken marsala with mushroom sauce (meat option) or vegetarian stuffed shells with marinara sauce (vegetarian option); grilled vegetables; garden salad with shredded beets, carrots, and sliced
strawberries and green onion vinaigrette dressing; bread and butter. Italian almond bars with berries and whipped cream for dessert. Coffee and tea will be served. A glass of beer or wine is also included.
The banquet will be served in the Arcata Community Center Dining Room.
Online booking closes Tuesday, April 16 @ 6 pm for the banquet. A limited number of tickets will be for sale onsite starting Friday, April 19 @ 3 pm.
