Sometimes it’s surprising what you can find while “urban birding”. This trip will visit the best birding spots around north Eureka from Cooper Gulch, Woodley Island and the Humboldt Bay Trail along the Eureka Waterfront. Expect a varied bird list during this relaxing and easy walking trip to the best locations north Eureka has to offer. Restrooms will be available at many stops. Bring a spotting scope if you have one, a reusable water bottle, and snacks or a lunch if you wish.
