Godwit Days often has a few “rarity chase” trips, but this year, we’re switching it up. New active Humboldt birder and Cal Poly Humboldt wildlife student Emmett Iverson will decide on what he wants to do during this half-day trip. Will he chase local rarities that are around? Will he try to see how many species the trip can tally in the morning? Maybe go to one or two of his favorite locations and just enjoy what’s there? Sign up and find out!
